Case of the missing portfolio

I've been dealing with the strangest thing. I'm trying to hire people for various UX positions at Allstate. My latest batch of candidates were all missing the same thing - a link to their portfolios. How will anyone know if you're the writer or designer we need if no one can find your work?

It's a mystery to me.

Before you send another resume, is your portfolio link on it? Is it easy to find?

Don't assume we'll go to your Linkedin page and find it there.

If so, then assume we've moved on to the next candidate.

If you're not getting calls, mystery is solved.
