The Super Bowl's Real MVP
I've got to give it up to Tristan Smith, a copywriter with Google Creative Labs. He's only been out of school for one year. His first campaign is a Super Bowl spot. And it's not just any Super Bowl spot — it's one of the game's most well-received spots. (FYI — It was one of my top 3 picks.) My last post, I ranted how new creatives should count their blessings for just being invited to pitch ideas. This man throws a touchdown on his first play. (I know - In my last post, I promised not to use sports metaphors, too.)
His story is rare — raw steak rare, but it's an upbeat story to pass along. Use it as a little inspiration during your own pursuits.
